Reach Magazine TV hosts Sherrie Marlene and J.O. made waves yesterday at Davey’s Locker on a Newport Whale Watching cruise.

Whale watching brings the opportunity not only to view whales, but to view dolphins, seals, killer whales, sharks, and many other marine creatures.

The Reach Magazine TV crew departed from Newport Beach a foggy Wednesday morning; not knowing what to expect, our hosts Sherrie Marlene and J.O. were in for a surprise. As the skies cleared, our hosts not only got the chance to enjoy watching sea animals, they also got a lesson from Captain Bob, navigating and maneuvering the boat, Sherrie got to steer the wheel while J.O. used the throttle.

Inspired by the sounds of the ocean our hosts Sherrie Marlene and J.O. sang to the tune of “My Heart Will Go On” and reenacted the unforgettable “King of the World” scene from the film Titanic .With dolphins, seals, sea lions and pelicans as their audience, our hosts had tons of fun onboard as they took the time to relax and learn about the wonderful creatures of the sea.

The Newport Landing Whale Watching cruise rates are $25-$30 a person plus they do offer a discount coupon online. For more details see their official site

Look out for this fun episode and tune in for our premier episode to air on JCTV November 2nd.
