Reach Magazine TV is Getting into Shape at Metabella Pilates

metabella pilates studioThe Reach Magazine TV crew spent last Wednesday at Metabella Pilates in Studio City, CA, taking advantage of all the amenities the facility offers: pilates, cooking classes, and massages.

Metabella offers just the right programs and classes to improve anyone’s physical and mental well-being for summer.

At the studio, Reach Magazine TV co-host Sherrie Marlene tried pilates for the first time with Metabella Owner/Pilates Instructor, Natalie Pierre.

“I hadn’t tried pilates before we visited Metabella in LA, and it was amazing to me that you literally worked out every muscle during the exercise,” says Sherrie Marlene. “I loved it and would recommend anyone to go to a pilates facility, such as Metabella, and try the exercise with a professional who can show you how to use the equipment and get the best workout possible.”

“The great thing about pilates is that anyone can do it,” says Natalie Pierre, Owner of Metabella Pilates, “I’ve taught the elderly, people recovering from illnesses, pregnant women, cancer patients, slim and heavy individuals; this exercise can truly be practiced by anyone.”

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk, which is perfect for toning up.

Metabella is dedicated to providing comprehensive, sustained wellness results for all body types in a serene and eco-friendly studio offering pilates, massage, and healthy cooking workshops. For more information, visit the official Metabella Pilates website.
